大会中の映像・写真・記事・記録・参加者の氏名・年齢・住所（国名、都道府県名または市町村名）等の、テレビ・新聞・雑誌・インターネット等への掲載権および肖像権は主催者に属します。
大会へのエントリーをもって、参加者の個人情報（氏名・年齢・住所等）が、大会の報道（映像・写真・記事・記録等）に掲載・利用（テレビ・新聞・雑誌・インターネット等）されることに承諾したものとみなします。
主催者は、個人情報（氏名・年齢・住所・記録等）を大会参加者へのサービス向上を目的とし、参加案内、記録通知、関連情報の通知、次回大会の案内、大会協賛・協力団体からのサービスの提供、記録発表等に利用します。主催者もしくは委託先から確認連絡をさせていただくことがあります。
